Learn to Meditate

Oxygen Yoga offers “Learn to Meditate” courses at our local venues.

Meditation is presented in a way that is easy to understand and is able to put into practice for your daily life. Each class consists of learning simple meditation techniques as well as practicing a guided meditation together. Tea and refreshments are shared afterwards.

Research has stated that the benefits of meditation are found to increase with regular practice; the more you practice relaxation methods such as meditation or deep breathing, the greater the chances of remaining free of arthritis and joint pain with stronger immunity, healthier hormone levels and lower blood pressure.

Next Meditation Course will begin in MARCH 2019.

DATES: March 7th / 14th / 21st / 29th  

 (1 session per week for 4 weeks total) $100
